Our Story

Ravish was originally established in 2019. Our team purchased and re-opened the new concept in January 2023. Our space is unique featuring al fresco dining in the cooler months, and air conditioned retractable walls during the hotter days in a lush garden setting. Our team of service driven experience creators came together to highlight the beauty of the space and fill it with amazing events, seasonally rotating cuisine, craft cocktails and hospitality forward service.

Our Executive Chef, Johnny Demartini describes his food as approachable yet flavorful with a touch of elegance and bright presentation. He focuses on revolving local ingredients to create crave-ability and a lasting impression. His unique approach to classic international dishes has created buzz throughout South Florida and has been the cornerstone of the reimagined Ravish in Lantana FL.

Meet The Team

Alexandra Dupuis

Owner/Operating Partner

Alexandra Dupuis is an experienced Hospitality Director

who has been in the Palm Beach restaurant industry for over a decade. Some of her most recent roles include General Manager for the Subculture Group, Consultant for Viva la Playa, Beverage Director at Death or Glory and opening team for the 120M renovation and rebranding of PGA National Resort. She served as Beverage Director while overseeing PGA's 32M Food and Beverage operation, oversight for the 22' Honda Classic, Social Event Director and led a team of 100+ employees. She currently serves as owner and operator of Ravish Off Ocean. Her expertise is building profitable restaurant programs, concept openings, marketing, events and branding.

Additionally, she exercised her philanthropic and educational passion by serving as President of the Palm Beach Bartender's Guild .

Johnny DeMartini

Executive Chef

Johnny DeMartini has been in the resturant industry for the past ten years with a degree from Lincoln Culinary Institute. He has worked as a leader in several staple Palm Beach County kitchens including

Max's Harvest, Death or Glory, and opening Executive Chef for Lionfish. His most recent position as Culinary Director for Knallhart Group included oversight of five restaurant concepts collectively generating 20M annually. Johnny currently oversees the culinary operation for Ravish Off Ocean. His cuisine can be described as local and fresh with great latin and Italian influence.

Jordan Rambin

Owner/Operating Partner

Jordan Rambin graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in Hospitality Management. He has navigated the Hospitaliy Industry for fifteen years with his tenure focus in the Country Club sector. He has held senior leadership positions including multiple General Manager roles and Director positions for prestigious properties such as; Old Marsh Golf Club, Lochmoor Club, Wabeek Country Club, PGA National Resort, The Kensington Hotel, and currently overseeing Clubhouse operations at The Country Club of Florida.

Ryan Giffin

Owner/Investor

Ryan Giffin is a Florida native who has been building hospitality businesses in South Florida for the last 12 years. Starting in 2011 he began building his longest tenured company, Brilliant Supply, the second largest ware washing hygiene company in South Florida. They work with some of the most recognizable brands in the area, specializing in dish machine rentals, ongoing service and maintenance.

In 2017 Ryan founded Commercial Kitchen Stop, the largest commercial equipment appliance dealer in the county, which

specializes in food service design, project management, installation, replacement business and brokering money. They will rank as a Top 100 dealer nationally in 2023. In 2020 they added a brand called The Ice Guys with a focus in Ice Machine rentals, service and installation.

Ryan is also known for his work in cryptocurrency and building adoption for peer to peer electronic cash. In 2015 he also built a brand called Dusty Art Live, which specializes in pop art paint parties.

Sara Jacoby

Event Manager

Sara Jacoby most recently held the title of Head of Private Dining at

PGA National Resort, where she worked in executing special events with Top Chefs Jeremy Ford and Lindsay Autry.

Originally from Hudson Valley, New York, she currently resides in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

With an affinity for hospitality and an eye for detail, Sara will be heading up our private and semi-private events including Weddings, Rehearsals, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Corporate Outings, and all other large group inquiries.
